The Toolwire launch link expires after a minute or two and you need a fresh link to launch your content. You should be able to reconnect by logging out and closing all open browsers before trying again.


Please be sure to click on the link for you lab within your school account and do not sue a saved link after clearing your cache.


If you are still having difficulty, clearing your browser cache and cookies may help.


In your browser, press CTRL+SHIFT+DELETEĀ to clear the browser cache.


In Chrome:

  • Select 'the beginning of time' from the drop down menu
  • Verify that the top four check boxes are marked
  • Click the 'Clear browsing data' button
  • Restart browser


In Explorer:

  • Verify that the top four check boxes are marked
  • Click the 'Delete' button
  • Restart browser


In Firefox:

  • Select 'Everything' from the drop down menu
  • Click the 'Clear Now' button
  • Restart browser

If the issue persists, there may be a network caching issue that could be resolved by rebooting your modem.
