Create an Account
Creating an account provides the contact information we need in order to communicate with you.
- Click "Signup" (upper-right above ↗)
- Enter your Full name and an Email address you use
- Complete the Captcha and click "Register" when done
- Check your email and follow the activation link
- Enter a Password you will remember (make note of this password for future reference)
- Click "Activate and Log in"
Create a Ticket
Creating a ticket notifies our Learner Advocates. The more details you provide, the easier it will be to assist you.
- If you are not already logged in, click "Login" and enter your email and password
- Click (upper-right above ↗)
- Fill out all the fields and attach a screenshot if possible
- Click "Submit" (scroll down)
